Refund Policy

At Little Dig Learning, we want families to have a great experience with every box. Because our subscription boxes are curated and shipped on a recurring schedule, please review our refund policy below:

1. Subscription Orders

  • All subscription payments are non-refundable once a box has shipped.

  • If you cancel your subscription, your cancellation will apply to future boxes. Previously shipped or processed boxes are not eligible for refunds.

2. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your box arrives damaged or is missing an item, please contact us within [7–14] days of delivery at [your support email].

  • We’re happy to send a replacement item or, if needed, a replacement box at no additional cost.

3. Lost Packages

  • If a package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier first.

  • If the package is confirmed lost in transit, Little Dig Learning will work with you to arrange a replacement when possible.

4. Incorrect Addresses

  • Please double-check your shipping address before checkout.

  • Little Dig Learning is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • Reshipments due to address errors may require an additional shipping fee.

5. One-Time Purchases (If Applicable)

  • If you offer one-time boxes or products, unopened and unused items may be eligible for a refund within 5 days of delivery. Return shipping label will be provided if a return is issued.

  • Digital downloads or printable products are non-refundable.

6. Processing Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
