Shipping Policy

At Little Dig Learning, we work hard to get your archaeology adventure to your doorstep as smoothly as possible!

1. Where We Ship

We currently ship to United States. If you’re outside our shipping area, feel free to contact us to see what options may be available.

2. Shipping Schedule

  • Subscription boxes ship on a regular schedule each cycle, on the 10th day of each month.

  • Orders placed after the cutoff date for the month may be shipped with the next cycle.

  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when your box ships.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary by location.

  • Promotional free shipping (if offered) will be clearly noted at checkout.

4. Delivery Timeframes

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location, holidays, weather, and carrier delays. Boxes are handed off to the carrier within 24-48 hours of purchase.

  • Little Dig Learning is not responsible for shipping delays once a package has been handed off to the carrier.

5. Address Accuracy

  • Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

  • Little Dig Learning is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

  • Reshipments due to address errors may require an additional shipping fee.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your box arrives damaged or is missing items, please contact us within [7–14] days of delivery so we can help.

  • If a package is lost in transit, we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement when possible.

7. Changes to Shipping Policy

We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on our website.
